I'll say something 24. That's a good frame rate, but for this animation, is a bit slower. In most fighting games, characters looks more "nervous" but that just my taste ^^

your right it is 24fps, i might actually go to a lower frame rate for the actual game depending on what my scripter says, if i do lower the frame rate id probably tweek the animation to make closer to the current speed but maybe a tad slower

Yeah, 24fps is ideal for animations like this. And there's always a way to adjust the speed.

I have to admit I like the third animation as well; the first appears as if she is swaying and the second doesn't invoke a sense that she's alert to every possible blow.
